« Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established. »

« There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was...

« Air conditioner didnt work in first room neither did the phone. Second room fridge wouldnt shut because freezer section was overrun with ice had to defrost it before we could use it. Plus no phone at all. Wasnt very clean at all. No maids to be found and every time i stopped at front desk day or night only had the bell »

« Our stay is always good to great at and La Quinta we stay at. Although this property is older it was clean and well maintained. Other people on the floor were loud past hrs it was something out of the staffs hands. »

« Clean and no frills. Parking is tight. The bed is tiny and firm. Bathroom was great. It’s a tiny home experience. I thought the price was great. It’s noisy outside on the street and we saw two people hit into the building next door. Just be careful parking. Air conditioning took some navigating. »

« The property was amazing inside was perfect.The only thing was the balcony and the furniture table were dirty needed to be clean, not a huge issue.But that's okay. Working out in the gym was perfect.The pool was absolutely beautiful.Being by the greenbelt was another awesome perk. »
